Fitted cooling vest with zipper that keeps the dog cool while protecting it from the sun's strong rays. The vest is made of elastane and its tight fit means that the cooling effect is kept close to the body. Ruffwear's Swamp Cooler technology in the chest panel contributes to evaporation and a cooling effect. The Swamp Cooler ™ technology is activated when the vest is soaked. The vest is constructed in three layers with an outer layer that reflects heat and simplifies evaporation and an intermediate layer that absorbs and stores water for evaporation. Closest to the body, the vest is lined with mesh to keep the dog dry and cool.
