There are many practical rug accessories. For example, a drug trunk is perfect for storing all your rugs when not in use, and prevents pests, moisture and dirt from destroying them. It is also very practical to be able to easily take your rugs with you to, for example, a contest.

To further protect the rugs, there are e.g. impregnation sprays to protect the waterproofness of the rug, or anti bite agents that can be applied to the rug to prevent other horses from biting and ripping the blanket.

A simple repair kit is good to have and makes it easy to carry out minor repairs in the rug, for example fixing a seam that has cracked or fixing a small tear in the fabric.
