How to dress during winter?

During the winter it often gets very cold, especially in the stables that are not insulated - it is therefore important to dress warmly so as not to freeze. A good trick is to dress in several layers so that you can take on / off layers depending on whether you are freezing or warm.

It is important not to have a garment in cotton closest to the body - this is because cotton is a material that attracts moisture and feels very cold to the body. A wool underpiece closest to the body is always preferred as it is quick drying and does not bind moisture in the same way as cotton which keeps you dry and warm. As layer two, or middle layer, it is also advantageous to wear a sweater in wool if it is very cold to keep warm. Then, for example, this sweater can be an alternative. Depending on how cold it is, you may have an extra layer on you, or a thicker jacket.

Something that is also extremely important is keeping your feet and hands warm. It doesn't matter how good you dress, if you have a pair of cotton socks that get moist, you will freeze on the rest of your body. These socks carry away moisture to avoid cold feet. These gloves are also those in merino wool and can be worn as they are, or under another glove. And don't forget a warm hat!
