How does a cooling pad for dogs work?

During the summer it can get very hot for your dog and it is then important that there is a place for the dog to be able to cool off. Some dogs are more sensitive to heat than others and something that has become very popular over the past year is cooling mats / cooling pads - but how does it work?

Well, in these cooling mats there is a non-toxic cooling gel that does not require water, freezing or electricity to function. It is simply activated by the dog or cat laying on it and then keeping their body cold for a few hours. To be reactivated, it needs to rest for a short time and then be used again. As the cooling pad can easily fold and be brought along, it can be used at work, in the car, on the trip or at home in the dog's bed.

Should you have a dog that happens to bite or destroy the cooling pad, do not worry, it does not contain any toxins!
