Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and start from SEK 39 (including VAT). Shipping cost on your order can be found in the shopping cart, when you have added all the desired products. The prices are taken from our partners in logistics: PostNord and DHL.
Prices are based on the product or the weight of the products, but as the shipping companies charge according to dimensional weight, the actual weight of the package does not always correspond to that stated in the checkout. This is because the price is calculated according to the size of the package. Petster reserves the right to change the price in the event of incorrect pricing or a change in the respective shipping company's price list.
Why do we charge for shipping?
Today, our customers want their package as quickly as possible, preferably the day after the order is placed. But transport and the environment do not always go hand in hand. We offer reduced shipping costs for our customers and are constantly working to find better and cheaper shipping options.
