Back on Track - Posture Reminder for Riders
This is a posture harness that gives you a natural reminder to keep a good posture. Posture Reminder activates your muscles and contributes to low-intensity strengthening everyday workouts. As the posture belt works to remind you of the posture instead of relieving, your posture gradually improves over time.
The harness comes in sizes S-M, M-L & L-XL and has an adjustable Velcro fastener that makes it easy to adjust and put on and off. The harness should be worn loosely regulated as it should only tighten when you lose the posture as a reminder so you stretch on! Wear your Posture Reminder for 1-3 hours at a time - for example at the training, when you do the stables, at home or at work. It is very discreet and easy to carry.
Size Women:
♥ S-M = 36-38
♥ M-L = 40-42
♥ L-XL = 44-46
Size Men:
♥ S-M = S
♥ M-L = M
♥ L-XL = L-XL
