QHP Loose Fleece Neck Part

This loose neck part is perfect to use under a full neck rug for extra warmth, to complement a rug without a neck or on it's own in the trailer or stall. The neck cover protects against dirt and can keep plaits and braids protected during transport. Very practical rug accessory that can be used with or without a rug. Attached with Velcro and quick buckle. In the neck and at the withers, the neck part has teddyfleece to protect against chafing. At the top is a loop that you can attach to the horse's halter so that the neck part stays in place.
