The KK ULTRA bits are pioneers in modern bits, developed on a scientific basis. They achieve their unique and precise effect thanks to the special 45° angle of the center link. When used correctly, they increase the horse’s trust in the rider’s hand, which is why these bits are successfully used worldwide across all disciplines and training levels – a true all-around bit!

Compared to conventional bits, the center link is also shortened. This anatomical adjustment significantly optimizes the effect compared to traditional double-jointed bits.

When the rein is engaged, the center link – also called a “lozenge” due to its characteristic shape – gently rolls over the central part of the horse’s tongue, stimulating its sensory perception.

Thanks to the upper bar, to which the bit arms are attached, the Baucher bit stays particularly still in the horse’s mouth. The mouthpiece is attached to the lower ring, allowing close contact with the tongue and enabling an even more precise transfer of rein aids.

Care instructions:
You should always rinse the bit thoroughly with water and dry it after each use. SENSOGAN bits contain copper. Oxidation causes the bits to darken and lose their shine. However, metal bits are particularly easy to clean and maintain using our “Diamond Paste.”

Sensogan:
An alloy of copper, manganese and zinc. Manganese hardens the copper without affecting its natural oxidation process. Thanks to the manganese, the alloy has a lower copper content but achieves the same oxidation behaviour as AURIGAN.
