Pairing Pods are a perfect tool when practicing Nose Work or other scent discrimination using pairing, i.e. putting candy at the hiding place that has the target scent.

These Pairing Pods are adapted to fit with mini containers made of natural material often called PLA.

The Pairing Pod (shelf) itself has a magnet at the bottom to be able to stand more firmly on magnetic surfaces. Similarly, the mini container has a magnet on the back to be placed in an indoor or outdoor environment. Can also be used on some magnetic vehicles.

By preparing the mini-container with a target scent, you can use the Pairing Pods to put the hiding place in, for example, an indoor search and put treats on the small "shelf".

In this way, the dog gets a reward immediately when it comes to the target scent, it gets a quick reward so we do not have to worry about the timing as a handler, we "buy time" to move forward in peace and quiet and reward the dog further from our hand.

The tip from the coach is to vary which treats you put at the hiding place.
