Can I exchange or return an item?
You have full return and exchange rights within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that it has not been used and that it is returned in undamaged, salable condition with the packaging intact along with the intended return slip (which you will find here).
When returning or exchanging products, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you got the wrong item Petster is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are made within 30 days provided the products are paid for.
The following are excluded from withdrawal:
1) Products that have been used or damaged. The product should be completely free from hair, dirt or the like. It must be in salable condition to customers with animals that do not cause allergy.
2) Products that lack their original product packaging or has damaged packaging.
3) Products which are among our Sale / Specials and sold at reduced prices.
4) Supplies (eg shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, treats, chewing bones, diapers, female dog pants etc.) and special seasonal products such as Halloween / Christmas Apparel.
Right of return
With our return policy you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in undamaged condition with the packaging intact. You are responsible for all costs associated with the return. After we have received and approved the return, we will refund the item value within 30 days to the account you specified. Shipping & any billing fee will not be refunded. Before returning a product you need to notify us via email at contact@petster.eu
By packaging is meant packaging belonging to the product, not the outer packaging such as a mail order bag or carton in which the product was sent. However, you can advantageously use the same packaging to return if you wish.
As Petster cares about the environment, we have a return slip in a printable version instead of attaching them in paper-form to all packages.
